It’s a sobering fact that new drivers are particularly vulnerable to a disproportionately higher than average risk of crashing within the first two years of driving.

The team at Cadence has been working closely with new drivers, in particular with new, younger drivers – in an effort to understand why their risk is higher and how we could do something to assist in reducing these alarming statistics.

We have created an innovative and enjoyable method of encouraging newer drivers to develop their thinking skills in line with their technical abilities.

Workshops and practical hands-on driving days form a vital part of the ongoing programme of events.  Skid awareness courses will be a highlight of the year’s activities.
